Debi Allgood D'Angelo, CPA, MBA

Debi Allgood D'Angelo started her accounting career in her father’s accounting firm in Dunedin, Florida. The accounting practice is still in business today, run by her brother Ken Allgood. Her father taught her to love numbers and she loves to work with clients to solve their problems.

 

Debi earned her Bachelor’s degree from High Point University in High Point North Carolina and is a certified public accountant (CPA). She has also earned a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Georgian Court University. She is a member of the AICPA, NCCPA, IMA and CFE professional associations.

After graduation, Debi entered the corporate world of both private and public companies, managing all accounting, finance, tax and administrative functions as their CFO and Controller working directly for and with Presidents and owners to grow the business. She has been recognized by senior management for the ability to improve effectiveness and efficiencies of

their processes with focus on work flow optimization and team building. She moved to New York to work with an international manufacturing company to help with the implementation of their new Enterprise Management System (ERP). As their Senior Compliance Officer she was responsible for documenting, writing and testing their process, procedures and compliance

with SOX as well as internal policies.

As the managing director for Allgood Accounting and Consulting she is involved in all aspects of the practice and works with entrepreneurs and small businesses to stay on focus with their company vision. She develops processes that work for their size, staff and business model and performs various CFO and Controller functions.

Debi is a supporter of Compassion International, Metropolitan Ministries, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and is active in her local church.  

Charles E. D'Angelo, CPA, MBA, CGMA

Chuck D’Angelo has been a chief financial officer, treasurer, controller and financial professional for over 30 years. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and holds a master’s degree (MBA) from Georgian Court University, where he was an Adjunct Professor in their graduate school. He is also a charted global management accountant (CGMA). He received his BS in accounting from St. Peter’s University.

 

He successfully completed a company IPO with a stock and debenture offering, three $100M company acquisitions (M&A) and secured a revolving credit line with bank participants. He financed over half a billion in loans during his career as a VP Finance and Corporate Treasurer.

As a Compliance Officer, he designed, implemented, rolled out and managed Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) policies, procedures and internal controls for multiple state operating divisions.

In his accounting practice he manages the home office for his high net worth clients, works with their investment managers and attorneys for estate planning. He handles accounting, bookkeeping, tax and administrative functions of insurance, payroll and benefits for his clients. He has over 30 years of experience in the residential, commercial, rental and subcontractor

construction industries. He works with various small business owners to grow their businesses and advise them on fiinancial, accounting,  tax, compliance and operational issues.

Chuck is a board member and treasurer of St. Stepanos Church Trust Fund. He has professional affiliations and memberships with the AICPA, NJCPA, IIA and ACFE. His community activities consist of being a former board member and treasurer for MOCEANS Center for Independent living, Inc., a VITA / AARP tax preparer, an Ocean Medical Center volunteer and a St. Dominic’s Church EM and Lector.
